		<description>I think the first important thing to do is reduce your impacts such as through efficiencies in your offices, reducing paper, encouraging public transport instead of driving, etc.  Then you can check out new technologies like fuel cells, solar, etc.  Then you can look into offset projects like maybe methane gas recapture or encouraging upgrades in technologies in developing countries.</description>
