The Happy Monkey animation is made of only 1 image.

Copy and Paste the HTML into a post, page or text widget (add full URL to images).

Import the twiz file under a new created section (click the + Menu inside the plugin)
(right-click, save target as/save link as).

Upload image via FTP or via the WordPress Media Manager.

Check the right packages in the admin section
or Upload JavaScripts into the Welcomizer Library.
